We have been praying for God to send help and just like HIM, He answered. A young family from Durango Colorado with 3 precious kids heard HIS call and coming to be used of God to help in reaching those 2,954 precious souls for HIM.

Xxxxxx felt the Lord moving in his heart to give $1000 to the water effort. I was also feeling that we should give, but not a certain amount. I am always impressed with larger amounts than we can really afford, when I get an amount in my mind. But this time, I was not feeling a certain amount.

Following the service, XXXXXX asked me if I'd felt moved to give. I told him water has always been an area I feel strongly about that we take so much for granted here in our country, and I definitely felt moved to give. He knew we couldn't really afford to give $500 or anywhere near that amount, since we have both lost our jobs recently, and are still in a process of how we are going to work things, with the Lord's direction, in that respect. But he said the Lord kept impressing upon his heart to give $1000. So I told him we would do whatever the Lord was leading him to do. I wasn't feeling a certain amount, we both just knew we couldn't really afford $500 or more. But we went ahead and gave the $1000.
The next week, the Lord blessed XXXXXX with 3 possible real estate closings, to happen soon. He hadn't had any closings in quite awhile. I also got my full bonus. I hadn't been expecting to get the full amount, because they had cut the bonus amounts to 43%. But since I lost my job, I got 100% this last time. It wasn't a huge amount of money, but huge in comparison to other people's 43% bonuses.
We know the Lord takes care of His own, and if we need this money later, we know He will provide it. We also know He has blessed us beyond belief with so many material things that He didn't have to bless us with, that we could live without, not to mention, gallons of clean water. But one of the greatest blessings He has given us over the years is to let us have money at times to pass through our hands to help others. The people in Roatan who need this $1000 for water much more than whatever we will do without for them to have it is an example of this and how He greatly blesses us by allowing us to be His instruments of giving. It is one of the greatest joys we experience. Not because of anything we do, but by giving under His direction, we are greatly blessed with joy.

This testimony is what we are in the middle of, God showing up in ways beyond our controls. GO GOD!
Our first church visit (March 15th) was Shirley Hills Baptist church in Warner Robins Georgia where we had the great opportunity to meet and say thank you to a great group of kids that last summer showed a great love to the kids who live in the Colonia. They helped through prayer and giving to drill another well. THANK YOU KIDS AT SHIRLEY HILLS. Our good friends Tony and Selena Whitley are the ones pouring Jesus into the kids life here at Shirley Hills Baptist Church.
We then went to meet (Evening service March 15th) our good friends at Roopville Road Baptist Church in Roopville Georgia. We spoke to the youth and then the church. We have Chris Altman bringing down for the 3rd year a group of kids from his youth group. Last year this group left these kids from the Colonia through skits which had a huge spiritual impact on them.
We then traveled to Hogan Baptist Church (March 22nd) in Jacksonville, Fl where our friend Peter Copeland is the Pastor. Had a great time presenting and they gave Frances and I a place to stay actually giving up their bedroom. THEY HAVE TWO PRECIOUS KIDS, EMILY AND ANNA, ONE DAY ONE OF THEM ASK THEIR MOM, “WHERE ARE THE KIDS?” So we are kids again…
We then shared in Jennings Florida(evening of March 22nd) with Burnham Community Church where Pastor Carter always makes us feel at home. Had the opportunity to share with the youth and their youth Pastor Johnny.
We were back in Jacksonville to meet (March 25th) and share with Chets Creek youth. What a lively group of kids. Ken Mann Youth Pastor will be bringing to Roatan 30 youth/adults.
Saturday the March 28th Mike and Kerry Tichi along with Luke, Lillie and Levi came to Jacksonville Fl to meet LW4R Board. So amazing how we recently met this family and when we re-connected I felt like I had known them for a very long time. They are so special!
Sunday March 29th we shared at Christ the Messiah Church and following they provided lunch. The Tichi family attended the service
That evening MARCH 29TH we were at Arlington Baptist sharing with a wonderful groups of friends we have met over the years. Also great to see Pastor Joe Newton and Worship leader Shannon Wallace. Shannon took our the Tichi family, Frances and he let me come along. Great Barbeque, this is one place I try and eat at often.

And then we experienced God using Mike and Kerry to share how God has been and continue messing with them in leading them to help with the Mission God is directing LW4R.
That Wednesday ( April 1st) we were in Dowling Park sharing with Advent Church and with residency living in Dowling Park. A wonderful place where a number of retired people live right on the Suwannee River
That April 5th during the morning worship hour we spoke at New Hope Baptist Church. This is my home church, attended when I was very small. My mom was a Sunday School Teacher at this church. They had dinner for us following the service... Had many family surprises coming from as far away as Houston Texas and some from the Pan Handle of Florida.

That evening (April 5th) we shared at 1st Baptist Live Oak with the youth and in the worship center. This church will bring over 3 different teams to minister to the people living in the Colonia.
April 8th we shared with Westwood Baptist Church in Live Oak Florida. Following the service we had some people who came up to us sharing that God really moved in their hearts. Also this church is moving toward bringing down a team.
Easter Sunday had an opportunity to share briefly at Harvest Bible Church. Then on Wednesday April 15th in Jasper Florida shared with church and youth at 1st Baptist Jasper. God moved in Brian’s heart the youth pastor and he will be coming this summer on a short term mission trip.

WE ARE SO GRATEFUL TO ALL OF THE PEOPLE WHO PROVIDED FOR US THROUGH FOOD, PLACE TO SLEEP, VEHICLE, HELPING FINANCIALLY.
We were invited to stay in many homes while in the states; through this we were able to see families close up. One home we stayed at has a family of 2 adults, 6 children, each morning this family hears God’s word, the evening they pray together. They demonstrated to me that if you believe it you can do The best part is that the Friday of the week I had the great opportunity to share God’s word to this family. Thank you so much dad for giving to me this precious opportunity.
